Product returns

- Products must be returned in untouched condition and in their original packaging.

- Exchanges are allowed within 72 hours from the invoice date.
- Products must be unused and in their original packaging.

Important: Any damage during transport must be reported within 72 hours of receiving the goods.
In the event of damage to the packaging or to the products during transport, the customer undertakes to refuse delivery of the damaged products by stating the reason for the refusal on the delivery receipt.
