For online orders we offer delivery throughout Albania.

Brunes offers delivery, floor-by-floor carrying, assembly for selected products, as well as professional architectural consultation for kitchens, custom wardrobes and full interior design, according to the client's request.

Based on the distance of the delivery city, the product category and the cost per km², the system automatically calculates the delivery cost for online orders. For products picked up at the Brunes warehouse, the delivery cost is 0 ALL.

Home delivery is optional. Depending on your location, during checkout you can select:

• Delivery to the courtyard – no additional cost
• Delivery to floors 1-3 costs X ALL
• Delivery for each floor above floor 3 costs X ALL

The system automatically calculates the delivery cost in your online invoice based on the floor you select.

Assembly is optional for some products, depending on the client's needs. Assembly classes are divided into 4 categories:

• Class 0 – products that do not require assembly
• Class 1 – products with 0-1 hour assembly process
• Class 2 – products with 1-2 hour assembly process
• Class 3 – products with over 2 hour assembly process
• Class 4 – products with mandatory assembly

For outdoor furniture products, assembly costs are included in the delivery costs.

The architect service at Brunes is offered free of charge. This service is available only for custom-order products or products from prestigious brands. The architect service is not available for products on offer.

You have the option to purchase a product online and choose to pick it up at the warehouse or have it delivered to your address. To pick up your order at the Brunes warehouse, simply select the Pick Up in Warehouse option during checkout. Cost: 0 ALL. Products must be picked up within 72 hours of order confirmation.

Delivery to the customer's address takes 0-5 days from order confirmation.

Payment can be made on delivery (cash on delivery) or via online card payment. Online card payments are processed with Mastercard and Visa.

A return or exchange can be requested within 72 hours of delivery. The product must be in its original box or packaging and in good condition.

To return a product, send a photo of your online/physical invoice to Customer Care via the WhatsApp chat on our website. After contact, verifications are carried out and the return/exchange policy is followed.

Products damaged due to improper assembly or other physical damage are not eligible for return or exchange.

For some categories and manufacturers, products can be made to order according to the customer's dimensions. Products displayed on the website have fixed dimensions and finishes. For customized solutions, a showroom visit with a floor plan or exact measurements is recommended.

In the online invoice you will see: the product price, delivery cost, assembly cost (optional) and floor delivery cost (optional).

After online payment and checkout, the electronic invoice is sent to the email address provided in the customer details.

⚠️ Keep the invoice for up to 14 days after delivery for tiles/flooring products.
⚠️ Keep the invoice for up to 72 hours after delivery for furniture products.

On the product page you can enter the surface area you want to tile. The system will automatically calculate the quantity of tiles and the product cost you need for your surface.

We currently do not offer tile installation service, only the product and delivery.

Clean the flooring with a dedicated flooring solution and a damp, well-wrung cloth. Avoid excessive use of water, bleach, caustic soda or very strong detergents. Do not drag furniture directly on the flooring; use felt protectors under the legs.

Flooring installation by a specialist is recommended to ensure it is fitted correctly and to avoid damage during installation.

We currently do not offer flooring installation service, only the product and delivery.

Sanitary products come in various dimensions. Before purchasing, check the dimensions on the product page and measure the space where the product will be installed.

Shower cabins in different sizes can also be made to order, depending on the customer's request and supplier availability. To place a custom-size order, you can visit us at our showrooms.

Products can be combined as a set according to style, dimensions and room needs.

The products are easy to clean and maintain. For best results, use appropriate detergents and avoid highly abrasive or aggressive cleaners.

We currently do not offer sanitary product installation service, only the product and delivery.

Kitchens displayed on the website have standard dimensions, colours and models.

To order a kitchen with custom dimensions, you can visit us at our showrooms.

This service is available for custom-order kitchens. Appliances can be included according to the customer's request, but the kitchen can also be made without appliances if the customer has already purchased them. Any inclusions should be checked in the relevant description or offer.

Outdoor furniture is designed for exterior use and is resistant to weather conditions. For longer durability, maintenance and protection according to the material's guidelines is recommended.
